Shipping policy
Check the delivery date when completing the order and follow the shipment on the traceability link that we send you upon shipment.
When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipment confirmation email in which you will find a link to click and follow the delivery, which takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday.
It is possible that the times change depending on the area.
We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes.
Access the section "Where is my order" to check your shipment.
It is not possible to change the delivery method from standard to express. You will be able to select the "express delivery" method only when completing the order and not afterwards.
When concluding the order in the "Payment" phase, select the item "Pay on delivery".
Keep the exact amount to hand to pay for your order.
It is not possible to pay your order with a debit card but only in cash.
When entering the data for the shipment, be careful to add the correct street number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that may be helpful for the courier (scale, interior, etc).
