Our Mission

Since 1891, we have been growing not only hazelnuts, but a history of passion, hard work and love for our land. Nestled in the hills of Alta Langa — the CRU area of the Piedmontese Langhe — we guard the secret of the most prized hazelnut in the world , grown under the gentle sun and scented winds of Piedmont.

For five generations, our family has passed down ancient gestures and profound knowledge: a heritage made of hands, heart and silences shared in the rows. Each plant tells a story, each harvest is an act of love towards a tradition that we have never stopped honoring.

Growing hazelnuts, for us, is a legacy. And a promise.

The authenticity of the real Langhe hazelnut

When passion meets perfection, something unique is born.

From our 100% Italian hazelnuts , grown with love and slowly roasted to enhance every nuance, to the cocoa selected with obsessive care: each ingredient tells a story of excellence, tradition and authentic pleasure .

This cream is not only good: it is an intense , velvety, deep experience. An embrace of flavors that envelops the senses and leaves its mark, from the first taste.

It is not a simple cream. It is a moment to live, to remember, to love.

Tradition and love for the Langhe

Once upon a time there was a farmer with a dream in his heart:

make the world fall in love with the authentic and unmistakable taste of the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut .

He cultivated his land with respect, under the Alta Langa sky, where every dawn smells of tradition and every sunset tastes of promises kept. With his hands in the earth and a proud gaze, he transformed a simple dream into a passion that spans generations.

This is his story.

A story of love for nature, of deep roots and of an extraordinary fruit capable of exciting you at first taste.
