From an ancient recipe that has been handed down for generations, a soft cake that enhances the true flavor of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, we have created a Dark variant, this is the perfect fusion of flavors that will take you to a new dimension tasteful.
Our special Tastëlanghe Dark Hazelnut Cake is flour-free, yeast-free, milk-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients:
"Piedmont Hazelnut IGP" from Langhe 30%, raw cane sugar, pasteurized egg white, dark chocolate (minimum cocoa 70% and cocoa paste, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder, potato starch, pea proteins and fibres. Preservative: potassium sorbate, salt.
Average values per 100g: Energy 1822KJ/437Kcal, Fats 25g (of which saturated fats 4.1g), Carbohydrates 37g of which sugars 33g, Fibers 8g, Proteins 12g, Salt 0.50g
1 tin box of Dark Hazelnut Cake 50% IGP Piedmont Hazelnut "delle Langhe" and cocoa 350g

Avrei dovuto scattare le foto subito, sono bastati tre giorni ed ecco che la crema e le nocciole sono finite. La torta era nascosta e quindi ho ancora qualche speranza di mangiarne un paio di fette. I prodotti Tastëlanghe sono molto buoni e di ottima qualità. Li acquisto per me e da regalare. Li consiglio assolutamente.

Ricca di cioccolato e nocciole, dolce quanto basta, si è mantenuta bene anche dopo l’apertura. È piaciuta moltissimo a tutti! La consiglio ed è un’ottima idea regalo perché arriva in una bella confezione!
