ORDERS AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS

  • To make a purchase, the User must be over 18 years old.
  • In order to place the order, the User must provide all the data requested during the purchase process, which will be necessary to correctly manage his order.
  • To make purchases on the Website it is necessary that the package delivery address and the billing address are in Europe, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Switzerland where shipments are not made.

DELIVERY TIMES AND PLACE

Delivery will be considered made from the moment in which TASTELANGHE or the transport company hired by it makes the product available to the User.

 

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

1.1 CONTENT AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

The warranty will be valid only by sending the proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, model and name of the distributor) together with the defective product within the warranty period.TASTELANGHE reserves the right not to offer the free warranty service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information contained in the documents is incomplete or illegible. If you make the return within the warranty period, TASTELANGHE undertakes to repair or replace the defective product or one of its parts without additional costs. This guarantee does not cover shipping costs.

1.2 WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover any of the following:

  1. Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disasters.
  2. Faults or damage caused by improper use, negligence (impacts, crushing, dents, broken glass, etc.) or accidents.
  3. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear of the product.
  4. Consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement over the life of the product, such as batteries).

 

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.1 DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the event of a defective product, you will need to contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and send us an image clearly showing the defect in order to verify that the product is indeed defective.

In the event that the defective product must be sent to the warehouse, TASTELANGHE will bear the shipping costs. When it is verified that the product is defective, a refund or exchange will be made to the User in question.

1.2 WRONG ORDER

If you receive an order that does not correspond to the one you purchased, you will have to contact TASTELANGHE within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you received with the respective reference in the packaging, payment and shipping receipt. We will give you a solution once the contents are verified.

In the event that the product must be sent to the warehouse, TASTELANGHE will bear the shipping costs. When it is verified that the order was incorrect, a refund or exchange will be made to the User in question.

The product must not have been used and must be sent in its original packaging with the case and any labels that accompanied it.

1.3 CHANGES  OF THE ORDER

To make exchanges or returns, it will be necessary to send the product to the offices of TASTELANGHE. The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 days from receipt of the order. 1.4 REFUND TIMES

Once the package has been returned to our offices or warehouses, it is processed before proceeding to approve the refund. The product must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order, must not have been used and must be delivered in its original packaging with the case and any labels that accompanied it.

If approved, a full refund of the price of the goods will be issued within 7 working days and you will be informed of the transaction via email. Once your refund is issued, you may receive it within 5-10 business days.
