TUNA GRILLED TASTELANGHE HAZELNUT CRUST
- 50g Hazelnut Paste
- 100g Toasted Hazelnut
- 280g Tuna steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- First chop the hazelnuts in a blender, to create a raw hazelnut flour, you need to blend the hazelnuts a little at a time intermittently so as not to let the oil escape from the hazelnuts.
- Massage the tuna with the hazelnut paste and then bread it with the previously prepared hazelnut flour.
- Salt to taste and your tuna is ready to be cooked in in a pan.
