TUNA GRILLED TASTELANGHE HAZELNUT CRUST

Ingredients

  • 50g Hazelnut Paste
  • 100g Toasted Hazelnut
  • 280g Tuna steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • First chop the hazelnuts in a blender, to create a raw hazelnut flour, you need to blend the hazelnuts a little at a time intermittently so as not to let the oil escape from the hazelnuts.
  • Massage the tuna with the hazelnut paste and then bread it with the previously prepared hazelnut flour.
  • Salt to taste and your tuna is ready to be cooked in in a pan.
